Identify and secure additional Thrive Group member organizations
Establish new partnership collaborations that will increase the number of clients and residents served
Build and implement a Thrive Group staffing model that can be sustained within established infrastructure budgets
3. Create a diversified funding base to ensure financial sustainability
Identify and secure a variety of new revenue sources to support and enhance program and service delivery
Research and design a Fundraising Plan that will identify and establish sources of non-restricted funding
